US Army Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)


Since March 2002, Greshko Consulting has played an integral role in the development and deployment of the US Army Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). We have been responsible for design, prototyping, configuration, and testing in Federal Financials, including USSGL and FFMIA compliance, SFIS Implementation, Project Systems, Acquisition, Inventory/Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Time Entry, Sales and Distribution, and upgrades from 4.6C to ECC.

Work activities include learning the GFEBS solution process areas, applying this knowledge to answer and facilitate end-user use, identifying system issues and addressing them, and assisting site leads in day-to-day activities.

Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education


From May 2001 to March 2002, Albert Greshko worked with the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) as an SAP FM/FI/CO Senior Consultant. He was responsible for Funds Management, Project Systems, and Funds and Position Management, completing business blueprints for all three on time and within budget. He also assisted the FI/CO team lead in project preparation and facilitated the completion of the Financial and Materials Management blueprint.

He configured Funds Management, Special Ledger, Split Processor, Travel Accounting, and Time Sheet. He also assisted in the configuration of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders and also designed unit and integration tests  for financial and controlling sub-modules.

Mitsubishi Polysilicon America Corporation


From May to June 1999, Albert Greshko served as the SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant for Mitsubishi Polysilicon's Theodore, AL, plant. He prepared cost analysis reports for the Internal Order and Plant Maintenance Order systems and updated the Plant Maintenance configuration. He also configured MM-IV tolerances and AP Sales/Use tax with self-assessment and assisted with the conversion of Assets, Vendors, and GL master vendors using CATT.

From December 1997 to May 1999, Albert Greshko worked with DM Petroleum Operations Company, the contractor operating the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, as an SAP FM/FI/CO Senior Consultant. He assisted the FI/CO team through the business blueprint, realization, final preparation, and go-live and support phases of the project. He also configured the financial and controlling sub-modules, including Asset Accounting and Cost Center Accounting.

He also led the Asset and Purchasing team through all stages of the SAP asset management and purchase process.
